Cubbin is currently a private beta. This site is a simple landing page — if you email us to ask about the beta, we use your email only to reply and, if you've asked, to send an invite. By using Cubbin, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Your content stays yours

Anything you place in Cubbin stays yours. We don't claim ownership, sell it, or use it for advertising. You're responsible for having the right to share what you upload.

It's a beta

Cubbin is a work in progress, provided "as is". It may change, break, lose data, or be unavailable, and we may end the beta at any time. Please keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for lost data or other damages arising from your use of the Service.

Fair use

Use Cubbin for your own memories and small circles. Don't use it to harm others, upload unlawful content, or attempt to break into or overload the Service.
